Super typhoon Mawar (locally named “Betty”) is moving closer to the Philippines. Mawar/Betty will enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) tonight or early tomorrow morning and is projected to remain inside the PAR in the next 3-5 days.
We wish to remind our residents to be ready for the coming super typhoon. We encourage the parking of cars inside properties to avoid damage from falling debris that the strong winds of Mawar/Betty may bring. Please take note of the safety tips on the next page.
