We want to inform everyone that beginning Monday, January 30, 2023, DVA will have portions of Pasay Road and Palm Avenue repaired and paved. The target completion date of the project is March 16, 2023.

At the same time, we are taking this opportunity to conduct preventive trimming of trees along Pasay Road that will allow the road repair equipment better access to the affected areas and to lighten the weight of the canopy of the shallow-rooted Rubber Trees. Over the past years, six of these trees have fallen due to the uneven weight of its canopy, so we hope to avoid any similar incidents in the near future for the safety of persons and property.
Also, on Saturday, February 04, 2023, the Pasay Road gate will be closed to allow for the trimming of low tree branches near the Pasay Road gate outpost. Vehicles entering the village can still enter through the Paraiso gate, but guests and deliveries must enter and exit through the Palm Avenue gate. Vehicles exiting the village can pass through Avocado and turn left on Paraiso to exit into Edsa.
