Dear Members,

Earlier this year, DVA began its search for potential contractors for our Community Center project. Our project manager, N. B. Biay Construction, identified 17 construction firms as potential bidders for the project. After the proper vetting, meetings, submissions, and multiple rounds of bidding, we are ready to award the contract. In the end, the winner was chosen not only because they submitted the best bid but because of their reputation and track record as evidenced by many completed projects for some of the largest developers in the country.

The Board, however, has also decided to allow our members an opportunity to review and perhaps submit a bid on the project. For those who are interested in submitting a proposal, please provide the following requirements:

  1. Company profile and detailed list of completed projects;
  2. Payment of PhP20,000.00 (non-refundable) for a full set of architectural plans;
  3. Triplicate copies of the bid inserted in sealed envelopes; and
  4. A digital file of the bid for easier evaluation.

We will accept new bids at the DVA office until January 03, 2023. As with all previous bids, these will undergo the process of evaluation by our Project Management team. To protect the integrity of the bidding process, no details regarding the current set of bidders will be released until the selection is final. All members of the DVA Board, the Village Manager and Office Manager are required to sign a disclaimer that they do not have any professional or personal dealings with the winning bidder. The winning bidder will likewise be asked to sign a counterpart document.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Architect William V. Coscolluela and Mr. Jorge A. Consunji, two long time Dasmarinas Village residents, for sharing their deep knowledge of the industry for this project.

For any questions, you can reach me at 8843-2262 loc. 109 or 09177010727.

Thank you.

Antonio Luna M. Ocampo

Village Manager
