With Christmas just around the corner, gatherings in residences, from intimate parties to grand get togethers, are expected to become more frequent.
DVA wants to remind our residents holding a gathering to keep any noise at a reasonable and neighborly level and we suggest that neighbors be informed of the gathering schedule to avoid any issues. DVA’s Policies and Procedures on Noise and Public Nuisance states that “consideration must be extended and maintained for the privacy and peace of the neighbors in the Village.”
We also highly recommend that residents provide a security guard to assist their guests with parking. Kindly call our Security office at 88101515/88108484/88108787 for assistance in obtaining guards for this purpose.
