We are pleased to announce that DVA has a new Village Manager, Antonio Luna “Anto” M. Ocampo.

Antonio Luna “Anto” M. Ocampo

Before joining DVA, Anto was the village manager of Bel-Air Village Association for twelve years. Addressing the needs of residents, implementing village policies and rules, and coordinating with external organizations were just some of the tasks Anto performed in Bel-Air Village that figured heavily when he was considered for the position in DVA.

With DVA having around 1,300 properties compared to just 950 in Bel-Air Village, Anto is prepared to face the challenges of handling our larger community.
Prior to his stint in Bel-Air Village, he served as the Executive Director of the Federation of Residents’ Associations (FORA), the umbrella organization of homeowners’ associations in Metro Manila, in which DVA has been an active member for more than two decades. He was part of the group that helped craft and lobbied for the passage of the Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners’ Associations.

Anto, who is 47 years old, completed his AB Journalism degree at the University of the Philippines – Diliman in 1996, and obtained his Master of Public Management degree at the University of the Philippines Open University in 2012.

He is married to Zandra, an engineer, and they have two daughters, Kiara and Sylvie.

When asked what he expects to contribute to DVA, Anto said his twenty-four years’ experience dealing with concerns of homeowners’ associations and its residents will help him achieve the goals of Dasmariñas Village to become the premier residential community to live in.

Let us all give Anto a warm welcome to DVA!
