On Monday, October 31, 2022, and in connection with the observance of Halloween, the following measures will be implemented to help ensure the safety and security of our village residents considering the lingering threat of the pandemic:
• Residents are encouraged to entertain trick-or-treaters only from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM;
• Only residents and their guests under the age of 13 years old will be allowed to trick or treat;
• Trick-or-treaters must follow basic health and safety protocols.
