Dear Residents,
Our Lumbang entry gate is now open for Motorcycle and Bicycle deliveries from 6 AM to 10 PM. Effective October 15, 2021, they can enter and exit only thru this gate. The Lumbang Entry gate will speed up their entry and exit into the village and at the same time make it safer for these riders. There have been numerous near accidents in our Pasay Road and Palm Avenue gates wherein vehicles nearly sideswiped motorcycles and or their riders walking to crossing from their parking area to the guard house. This will also decongest traffic in our Pasay Road and Palm Avenue guest lanes.
All deliveries after 10 PM will be allowed to enter via our Palm Avenue gate.
