Reminders for the DVA Annual General Membership Meeting via Zoom Conference
Dear Members:
We would like to remind and inform you of the following important information regarding our Annual General Membership Meeting (AGM) which will be held via Zoom Conference on Sunday March 14, 2021 at 4:00 pm.
- Deadline for submission of proxy forms will be at 5:00 pm on Monday, March 8, 2021.
- Deadline for registration for our virtual AGM will be at 5:00 pm on Monday, March 8, 2021. Members may send their registration request to [email protected] together with a copy of a valid government issued photo ID, contact number and email address.
- A digital copy of our Annual Report which contains our 2021 Audited Financial Statements is now available in PDF format. This can be viewed and downloaded either from our website www.dva.org.ph (DVA Updates tab) or from our DVA Viber Group. To join the DVA Viber Group, please visit our www.dva.org.ph homepage and click on the Join us on Viber link.
A printed version is also available. - Although, questions can be raised during the actual meeting, it is recommended that questions be sent in advance to [email protected] with Subject: Questions for DVA AGM. Priority will be given in the order the questions are received.
