Dear Residents,

For our residents who enrolled in the RFID sticker installation on November 21 and 22, 2020 (Saturday and Sunday), from 9 AM to 5 PM at Colegio San Agustin parking area please be reminded to bring the following documents:

  1. Duly filled up Easytrip RFID Subscription – one (1) for every car
  2. Php 200.00 in cash for the initial load
  3. Auto Debit Form (for clients who would like to use their credit card)
  4. Authorization to Use and Charge (for the Auto Debit Arrangement)
  5. Effective Oct 15 existing EasyTrip Tags can no longer be used in NLEX and SCTEX. If you have remaining credit on your Tag you may request its transfer to your new EasyTrip RFID Account by filling out the transfer of balance necessary form.

The EasyTrip RFID subscription form may also be used to avail of the multiple cars under one account by indicating all the plate numbers you wish to enroll.
